Baldrick's Cunning Plan: From a biochemical standpoint, it's just protein, probably a few percent residual moisture, lipids, and heme from a highly vascularized organ. It has about as much medicinal value as any other body part (read: none). I'm so tired of this pseudoscientific bullshiat.
