Why President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho isn't every entry on the list, but for different reasons, I'll never know.

I know he's not techinically a movie president, and I honestly don't care:  President Bartlett absolutely needs to be on this list.  Not the top, necessarily, because as I said, there was no movie.  That's no excuse for leaving him out altogether, though.

Morgan Freeman i

HotWingAgenda: grinding_journalist: Morgan Freeman as President Tom Beck in Deep Impact (1998)

That's the one I was looking for. Hell, let's just make Morgan Freeman president. He could have weekly "fireside chats" broadcast on TV and have all of America (except the super duper racist) eating out of his hand.

/saw that in the theater
//"the summer of asteroid movies"
///sure as hell was better than ArmAerosmithageddon

You're kidding.  Deep Impact was horribad, and was also named like a porno but without any full frontal nudity.  The only saving grace was Teo Leoni, and may I remind you again, she did not get nekkid.  Tits was the only thing that movie could have had to put it over Bruce Willis nuking an asteroid.

Oh HUSH, Deep Impact was a better movie than Armageddon, at least there are logic in Deep Impact. I would vote for President Morgan Freeman, the most presidential fictional president.

Fark yes! The first two that came to mind are two of my favorite movies, and both were listed first and second!

/I don't care what you say, Independence Day was a great movie.
//So was The Fifth Element. One of my absolute favorites.
///slashies because I had to.

Generation_D: List fails without President Palmer

The list sucks, he doesn't really count as a "Movie" president.

Fear_and_Loathing: And the list sucks, I got that out of the way.

It's also only 13 Presidents long.  Why they couldn't have said movie and TV and put Jed Bartlet on there, I don't know.  They're half way there with Andrew Shepherd.
