Yeah...is there some kind of 1st Amendment protection that prohibits states from just simply outlawing the "profession"?

Most Psychics have a big sign that says for entertainment only.  It's just a lot of people going to psychics ignore the signs.  A case like this is clear fraud and they can be indited for it.


That's cute. They should put the same sign up in front of churches, temples, mosques, etc.
