I don't get this. I was told by my PCP and mammogram tech that I was going to get an iffy reading even before I had my first one. They spent a lot of chit chat on making sure I was prepared for it and that I wouldn't freak out. My own mother told me the same thing. How are women not given an idea of how common this is? I basically go into every mammogram expecting to be called back in six months for a follow-up and I know that I and my providers are just being cautious and conscientious.
