That was beautiful

Well, I'm convinced.

2013-03-17 07:04:41 PM
And this is why Mitt Romney should be the rightful president. Or something like that.

(that was a pretty good spoof!)

Man that really makes you think...

Same here, I can't believe we were duped for so long.

I love the 'political attack ad' stuff with switching to black and white whenever they want to demonize something.  This was farking great.

I wish Lucas would come out tomorrow and say, "It took you all 30 years but someone finally figured it out.  The Skywalkers were mad with power and would stop at nothing to take over the Galaxy."

2013-03-17 09:12:06 PM
Awesome. Needed, though, a slight pause before saying "Anakin is also Luke Skywalker's father"

/pregnant pause

Won't some one please think of the Bothans

Brilliant how anybody biatching about a 'berucracy' could simply be dismissed as a crank with horrible spelling skills.

Thanks Obama!

Did he refer to Leia's planet as "Aldebaran" instead or Alderaan?  Twice?

Holy shiat that was good.  I can't imagine how many times the people who made this have seen Star Wars but I'm guessing it's into the 5 digits

Anybody know where I can get a copy of the original video? I doubt it exists.

Anyone read Jon Ronson's The Psychopath Test? Very interesting chapter in that on truthers.

It is being linked on boingboing.

Or maybe they just want me to think it's a spoof! Oh these plans within plans, how they confound me!

That was beautiful. Thanks, subby!

It's a shame these conspiracy nuts have co-opted Rob Dougan's music. He's really awesome.

Excellent exposé, but they failed to address the rumors concerning an apparently unorthodox relationship between Luke and Leia. I for one would like to hear more about that.

In detail.

Then why do they incorrectly assign the first failed X-wing run at the trench as being Wedge's?

Luke was the perfect patsy; young, idealistic and easily manipulated. Clearly Yoda and Obi wan were complicit in creating the "Tatooine Candidate".

LOL at "Wake Up" (RATM) for the outro.

Sh*t, this is too f*cking big for you, you know that? Who blew up the Death Star? Who destroyed the biggest battle station ever? F*ck man! It's a mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma! The f*ckin' Rebels don't even know! Don't you get it?!

I'm really happy for you, and I'mma let you finish, but just because there were earlier Call Me Maybe spoofs, doesn't make the Cookie Monster spoof the not best one OF ALL TIME

I probably don't know that because I haven't wasted the time to watch it.

Why is this guy always referred to as Wedge? No way in hell is that Wedge.

This picture proves that the Death Star could not have been destroyed by a single shot from a fighter, like the Jawa-run lamestream media would have you believe.

How about the one where they say that Vader was the only imperial to survive the Death Star, but that 'multiple witnesses' claimed to witness Leia watching Aldebaran get blow up?  I smell a anti-conspiracy conspiracy here.  Arise sheeple!

Actually, the "trivial" inaccuracies of almost any given conspiracy theory are later worked into the theory by the true believers as further proof that a conspiracy is, indeed, at hand.
