Peter von Nostrand: If given the chance, I would give her the most disappointing 30 seconds of her life[www4.pictures.fp.zimbio.com image 414x594]
dustman81: CavalierEternal: "One of television's best comedies" ended two years ago. Post-Carell Office is the equivalent of a cat that was buried in the indian burial ground from "Pet Sematary".This. The series should have ended when Carell left. Watching the show now is just painful.
cretinbob: They cancelled Squidbillies?
SockMonkeyHolocaust: I preferred the English version last episode of 'The Office'.
GAT_00: CavalierEternal: "One of television's best comedies" ended two years ago. Post-Carell Office is the equivalent of a cat that was buried in the indian burial ground from "Pet Sematary".I never really watched The Office, but is it actually worse than the ninth season of Scrubs which thankfully never aired?
Malcolm_Sex: Everyone needs to go back and watch the episodes without Carrell, still very funny. This show is just like the Simpsons, 90% of the people trashing it don't watch it and are just repeating the status quo. Even the much maligned season 8 had a lot of great episodes like "Lotto" "Garden Party" and "Incentive". The Florida part was weak but still a lot of laughs and a ton of heArt. Way more than parks and rec IMO.
FirstNationalBastard: Father Ted ended in 1998.
marcre3363: We Tivo the old ones. The are some I can watch repeatedly. "Dinner Party" and "George Foreman Grill" are probably two of my favorites. They were so stupid and wonderful.I still watch the new ones, but barely get a chuckle. After last weeks episode that was supposed to set off Dwight's "The Farm" spinoff, I'm glad they passed on that. It seemed like a terrible idea when I first heard about it and the episode was boring. As I mentioned in a thread a while back, the ultimate series ending would be for Michael and Holly to come back to show of their twin boy and girl babies. Michael would be thrilled and proud, not realizing both babies were black. Meanwhile, the camera would pan to Daryl who would fidget uncomfortably....as would Hank, the security guard, several other warehouse guys and Stanley, who looks up nervously from his crossword puzzle.
TripSixes: No, Season 4 did that.
Digitalstrange: I never liked the Office. Not sure why, I'm white, I've worked in offices. I am everything everyone I've ever talked to says should love that show. I tried, I really did. I've watched multiple episode wanting to warm up to it. I recognize the archetypes and can relate in some ways but no. It isn't realistic. Michael would be fired for at least one thing he did every week. Schrute would be in a looney bin. I am not a "' Don't own a TV" type at all. I love good TV - I'm just not sure h.ow anyone ever thought this was it
VTGremlin: Just going to throw out there that last weeks episode was really good. At least I thought so.
REO-Weedwagon: FirstNationalBastard: Father Ted ended in 1998.It's still alive in my heart.
cato113: You spelled Black Books wrong and there only three seasons of it
