While it may not be true, if the car from NJ came directly from NJ, then it went over a toll bridge 20 minutes prior to the first encounter.  Instead of looking for eyewitnesses, why aren't the cops looking at the toll booth video?

You seriously think it's more likely she's filed a false police report, thus committing fraud, to cover for a cosmetic defect in her car door? Someone with severe road rage having a gun and using it during a fit of the aforementioned road rage is completely unbelievable to you?

And what were they raging over? A single horn honk?  If they shoot for every horn honk whilst travelling at 40 mph in the fast lane  they will be caught very soon indeed. And you will be vindicated. If on the other hand Im right then they are figments and will never be caught in the flesh.

No, a horn honk, which apparently pissed him off enough to flip her off, and then later she attempted to pass him. Do you not get how people with road rage operate? They operate irrationally. There are no crimes of opportunity to you? He had a gun, he got angry, he used the gun. You realize that these kinds of crimes happen occasionally and the shooter isn't necessarily some vendetta having road rage supervillan?

I just find it mind boggling that you think a road rage incident, the type of which is not unheard of, is less likely than some elaborate insurance fraud perpetrated by a woman who somehow shot the outside of her car, got into the car, and then decided to make herself a criminal through a series of lies to excuse a small cosmetic bullet hole. But I'm sure you've come to some very interesting conclusions about 9/11, the Kennedy assassination, and those rainbows that form in sprinkler water too.

Well of course in your hypothetical scenario I would also go with B BUT in this article NO .. I would go with A simply because the odds of aholes drivers with guns and anger issues are far far greater than someone intending on committing insurance fraud like that.

I honestly don;t know how you can possibly extrapolate what happened in this story to NJ divers invading PA for the sole purpose for shooting up vehicles LOL. If I have to guess the perps are probably some inner city thugs from NJ out driving around and decided to take out their frustration when some 'white wimmin' disrespected them by honking.

The difference between those items you listed and guns are that guns are totally unnecessary.

Still, maybe you pro-gun fellows are right about tighter gun control not being the answer. In Sydney, a multicultural city of about 4.5 million people, we're already up to over 30 shootings resulting in 13 dead - that's almost 1.2 deaths per week!!! We also have a terrible problem with road rage that gun restrictions have not reduced - just yesterday some asshole threw a banana at my car because I was traveling on the speed limit. I was not in the passing lane.
