Survey says: What happens when you don't address inner ear issues you developed on a cruise..

I'm guessing she had a stroke while on the cruise, but having a stroke doesn't put money in your pocket.  However, if she pretends she has this imaginary affliction she could get someone else to pay for her expenses.

Well, that's what happens when you deal with any kind if sea org.

Yup. And all those doctors just lying about her MRI results just to help her out. She's probably cutting them in on that sweet disability check. :/

Probably a mental issue. Like the guy I knew at work who would get seasick even on one of those permanently docked restaurant ships.

I experienced similar symptoms after enduring Eyes Wide Shut myself, subby, but well played.

"So I love Zumba, but when I stop it looks like I've consumed all the sherry in the trifle."

English, mother. Farker, "Do you speak it?"

She's faking it. She'd had enough of raising two autistic sons and decided to bail on the responsibility while playing the victim. The husband recognized it and divorced her.

Part of me wants to mock her, but I've been in the navy a number of years now and the first time I got back from a trip I felt "land sick".

i catered a wedding aboard a 90' sailboat and got there to get everything together while it was still docked. three hours later, when the boat was ready to go off to pick up the wedding party they invited me to stay. i was so sick from being on that docked boat i had to say no.

i laugh about it now, i got seasick aboard a docked boat. i should have known better i guess, even floating on my back in the ocean messes me up.

How does seasickness caused slurred words?

What is she complaining about? It must be like being on a permanent cruise without the expense

And the shiats.

I remember the first time I stayed out on the water surfing for 2-3 hours. When I closed my eyes in the shower it felt like the world was rocking back and forth. Permanently land-legged? Fark that.

I personally know a woman who has that. She says it feels like everything is bobbing up and down all the time. The only time she doesn't feel it is when she is riding in a car. It has literally made her a shut-in. It's pretty sad. She's been to a ton of doctors that gave her the same diagnosis, it might go away on its own, or she might have it for the rest of her life.
