I told my kids that we bought them from Wal-Mart and if they didn't behave, I was going to return them to customer service.

Hardly unique to Canada. The US government picks up the tab for over 40% of pregnancies and deliveries in America. Local health funding and hospital charity care probably pays for many more.


If healthcare were graded your over 40% is still a fail.

MisterRonbo: With the tens of billions the Wal-Mart heirs have, you would think they would do something nice: a college scholarship for the kid, or a free set of nursery furniture, or even just a few months of diaper service.

Anybody want to bet on that happening?
