Sid_6.7: There's some rule that the kid now belongs to Walmart, right?
MisterRonbo: With the tens of billions the Wal-Mart heirs have, you would think they would do something nice: a college scholarship for the kid, or a free set of nursery furniture, or even just a few months of diaper service.Anybody want to bet on that happening?
Show_The_O_Face: I'm really surprised this doesn't happen more often. The Wal*Mart I frequent has lots of pregnant Hispanic women roam the aisles.
dopekitty74: At least it saved them the cost of having a doctor or midwife deliver the baby./glad to be canadian and have paid healthcare
xcv: dopekitty74: At least it saved them the cost of having a doctor or midwife deliver the baby./glad to be canadian and have paid healthcareHardly unique to Canada. The US government picks up the tab for over 40% of pregnancies and deliveries in America. Local health funding and hospital charity care probably pays for many more.
BumpInTheNight: Did they check her receipt?
