Jeez, THANK you! Lack of mirepoix is why so much food tastes bad in home cookery - you MUST have it!!

Buffalo hummus. Take your plain hummus recipe, swap half the olive oil for melted butter, and use franks red hot instead of lemon juice.


Woah! I'm stealing this right now! No, really, I am making hummus and I'm gonna do it...
