Well if Americans weren't so obsessed with the damn things, there wouldn't be as many of them sitting around where kids could grab them.
The owner left it out where anyone could have used it, therefore she should be held responsible for her actions too.
A piece of high powered military style equipment like that is just too dangerous for a careless person to own.

/aaand the Mother also blamed the cops, for chasing her son, who was joyriding, in a stolen car.

Well, from my experience...
Black people are incapable of driving above 20 mph, white people couldn't find a brake pedal with a GPS, and Asians are incapable of turning the turn signal off.
