On Friday where UEFA will stretch out pulling eight balls out of a bag to over an hour just to show how important they are.

The English FA and the FA cup? The semi final draw lasted five minutes.

Good news Bayern and Arsenal fans, you get the Czech ref Kralovec who dicked us over in the league this past weekend. It wasn't that he let agressive play carry on, its that he missed many blatent calls. He stopped play when he shouldnt have and let it carry on when it should have been stopped.

Also Ribery and Podolski are both out it seems.

Podolski is out, as are Wilshere, Sagna, Diaby and Gibbs.  I'm pretty sure that regardless of the officiating, Arsenal is going to be curb-stomped this afternoon. Only a miracle would put them through today.

2013-03-13 09:05:01 AM
Oh, and Villareal, the replacement for Gibbs, can't play because he's cup-tied.

Arsenal's back line today consists of Vermaelen, a beer vendor off the street, a groundskeeper whose orange vest looks close enough to an Arsenal jersey, and a Daily Echo photographer who was in Munich to cover a completely different story but generally dislikes Germans on principle.

So Arsenal are out their #1 keeper, two starting midfielders, both starting fullbacks, a backup fullback, and your 4th best scorer and best assist man. And your going up against the current best form and scoring team in all of Europe.

Ya'll are farked.

I wonder what the new pope thinks about Wenger's future.  Everyone else has opinion, why shouldn't he?

Ugh; heard on The Monday Night Club on Five Live that maybe Moyes is looking to move on from Everton.  Praying that Wenger either leaves, moves up or heads to PSG so that Arsenal can hire him.

Chelsea would give him a fat contract, so would Citeh if they decide enough's enough with Mancini, but would hope that Arsenal snags him beforehand.

2013-03-13 03:46:34 PM
Not holding my breath for arsenal going through, but would love to see them put in a comeback attempt like the one they did last year vs AC. I have a could chunk of change heading my way if Arsenal and Malaga come away with W's today

Oh. Rosiski tried to bring that ball down awfully high. Ref should red card him.

2013-03-13 04:00:28 PM
In the Malaga Porto match, a guy just tried to bring a high ball down and nani'd a guy in the face.

Needless to say there wasn't a card.

Yeah I saw that, I think we can settle the whole Messi v Ronaldo debate. Ronaldo scores penalties, Messi scores surrounded by five defenders, disrupting the very fabric of the universe and shaping world events

The world may, just may, be praying for a Real/Barca final @ Wembley.  They'll be some other sides that will have a say in that however.

No. If that happens La Liga fans may become almost as insufferable as SEC fans.

Arsenal really need to stick 1 more in before half.

2013-03-13 04:24:40 PM
Hopefully not, I don't like seeing Champions League finals with teams from the same country, Real/Barca already play each other like 8 farking times a year. There was a month last year I felt like I was in Groundhog Day.

2013-03-13 04:24:45 PM
Yeah, I bet that didn't feel good.

Terrible call taking a goal away from Malaga. Terrible, terrible call.

2013-03-13 04:28:59 PM
Now they get one that no ref could take away.
