Doesn't mean that you're a terrorist or that you made a threat like a terrorist, only that you made a threat involving violence. Tigger: I think when we write the history of America's decline we will be able to point at the fact that our response to a terrorist attack was to make some laws about terroristic threats, just to ensure the terrorists knew that they had effectively terrorised.
