Tooth loss is a couple steps down the chain, but yeah, there's some correlation in that they're both effects of the same cause.

I rather suspect both are related to not taking care of one's body.

She's at 30 of 30 although the two wisdom teeth she has never came in.

We all know that oral hygiene or lack thereof is an indicator of other problems, if nothing else than because it shows one to have bad habits. More interesting would be if one causes the other. Like, if your gums are more prone to recede because you have high blood pressure. Or vice versa.

Now if we could just figure out what causes teeth to fall out, we could figure out why fatties keep dropping dead of heart attacks.
