Cool and all but I just don't understand how a human can do such repetitive work over and over and not go insane.

Perfect job for me. I think it would keep me sane. Although he doesn't look sane.

As somebody that has done about a decades worth of work on busy restaurant lines, this makes my PTSD flare. 8-10 hours of this stuff 5 or 6 days a week will absolutely make you go insane. I don't ever want to work at a restaurant again. There's a reason most of the people in the industry are alcoholics.

the time it takes and the results would be exactly the same if he stopped with all of that fidgeting and flailing.

The guy is a machine.  He's done such a masterful job of nailing down the critical steps and timing that Crépebot 2000™ would be a pretty easy build.

So I just watched a load of other videos of him.  His name is Julio, this is in Alcudia, Mallorca, and apparently he owns the place.

Hopefully he makes some good coin and laughs all the way to the bank.

From the few folks I know, I'd say more like Tourette's.  Most of the Touretters that I know have a host of involuntary movements; a lot fewer of them display the coprolalia favored by the popular media.
