Hasselbeck's main claim to fame was losing her hair due to malnutrition on a reality show and marrying a football player. The fact she's parleyed those qualifications into a life of wealth and comfort should be a business case at Harvard.

I really don't care because the show itself is uninteresting, but it does seem that "her political views...clashing with the audience" is exactly why she was on the show. It makes no sense to make it another echo chamber, does it? Also, she's been there a decade and clashed repeatedly and publicly with the other hosts, so it seems a bit late to fire her over her opinions.
