Milo Minderbinder: Back when I did taxes, people who hit it big at the track always had numerous losing bets to offset the income. For some reason, the losing bets always had footprints on them; we called them "stampers."

I noticed, most people don't know they could pull the same trick with lottery tickets.  I found out because one person went around collecting everyone else's loser scratch offs.

I think he'll get away with it if he has the required documentation of date, time, place, and business purpose.  If he dropped $10K from a chopper  for PR, there would be no questions.

The "charity" angle is just trolling.
