If you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

Very rare Rodman trifecta in play.

Lots of people get mad when some guy shows up and can do your job better than you can.
Extra salt if he is black and tattooed.

What is it about that article that makes me realize I didn't learn or remember a thing after reading it.

I don't recall any nation that Kerry has visited threatening to nuke us a couple days after his visit.

And if a fish repeatedly tries to climb a tree, even when told it can't and shouldn't, it will confirm its own beliefs.

That crazy Dennis Rodman. I bet he told the Koreans to take it to the hole. That crazy crazy idiot.

Has there been a presidential administration since Truman that WASN'T threatened by Best Korea? From what little I know of geopolitics in that region, it's kinda their thing to pretend that WWII is still raging and that the Cold War is winnable.

Hell, if you include the Japanese occupation, it goes back to Roosevelt.

I have to side with Kerry on this one. Less than a week after Rodman gets back and they are threatening a preemptive nuclear attack. That strikes me as a very bad track record for diplomats.

So how long did Kerry practice sounding smart before they let a reporter ask that softball question?

2013-03-07 09:52:47 AM
Rodman got the nickname "worm" because of the way he plays pinball.

Reminds me of Men In Black

Elle: Hey, Jay! Zed called. The high consulate from Solaxiant 9 wants floor seats for the next Bulls game.
Jay: All right, let's put in a call to Dennis Rodman. He's from that planet.
Elle: Rodman? You're kidding.
Jay: Nope.
Elle: Not much of a disguise.

Unless it's an American celebrity fish, in which case clearly everything that goes wrong was the tree's fault and in fact it deserves to be sued for everything it ownsgrows.

Well, we still are at War with NKorea (yes the war never ended)

I'd say that Rodman is a better choice for a diplomat than that fool Kerry

I still cannot believe Rodman actually tried to defend North Korea and it's leader. It feels like an Onion parody.

Do you really think Rodman was trying to do anything but attention whore and make a quick buck?

I am thinking un's statements are for internal consumption.  Could be a perception that he is "soft" on the US for having hosted, and been friendly with, Rodman....

I admire his restraint, often standing next to dozens of men (and a few women, too) who deserve to be kicked in the giblets.
