That was filmed at  Back to the Fiftiescar show at the MN state fair grounds. 10,000+ cars. Worth checking out.

Wow! I love it. My twin brother has a dropped and bagged '50 Merc and we've talked about chopping, channeling, sectioning, shaving, nosing, and decking it.
I think this guy had a better idea - start from scratch!
