Byrd reported the PBT gave a reading of .217 blood alcohol content, which is nearly three times the legal limit.

I always hate these stories... Everybody writes it this way, too. There is no actual "legal limit". There's a legal limit for driving, but they write this for ANY story. She's walking down the street, she's suddenly "nearly three times the legal limit".
