That sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp. But the fourth one stayed up. And that's what you're going to get, Lad, the strongest house in all of Florida.

Pretty much. Someone will try to put a memorial on the area one day and the HOA will have it removed. Of course, then the entire neighborhood will disappear into a terrifying poltergeisty vortex, but hey, who didn't see that coming.
