They are called "parks".

We once had a chocolate lab get up around 160.  He was a big boy though, even after we dieted him down he was over 130.  His chest has the broadest I have ever seen on a lab.  His litermates were big (all up around 100), but he was the biggest.  And of course he was the runt of the liter.  He also lived the longest.  Great dog, dumb as bricks though.
