This was also not the first time that Birdsall has been in trouble with the law.

He fixed the saggy gutter on the house of the neighbor who keeps parking in front of his mailbox.  Man's a menace!

He cleaned their sidewalk? I sure hope they learned their lesson.

Tr0mBoNe: He cleaned their sidewalk? I sure hope they learned their lesson.

I can't remember the comedian but he did a bit about the phrase "clean your clock."  You hate someone so much you'll do chores for them.

"You keep farking with me, buddy, and I'll subsidize your child's education!"

This was also not the first time that Birdsall has been in trouble with the law. In addition to having several outstanding warrants for trespassing and disorderly conduct, he was also busted last year for attempting to run over a teenager in a Walmart parking lot.

So he's not all bad.

I think the funniest thing is that when this crazy cueball finally snaps and thins out the neighborhood, there will be people who, without a hint of irony, claim "we didn't see it coming - he was such a quiet man."

1500 psi ? What a pussy pressure washer that is.

2013-03-01 11:29:39 AM
Some of those pressure washers are no farking joke. We had to clean every last spec of dirt from our vehicles in Kuwait, and the washers would chip paint off like it was nothing, and carve chunks out of the asphalt and your overboots. Knocked dirt off like a champ, though. Usualy along with whatever the dirt was attached to.

/Of course we spent a good deal of time carving up the asphalt, because 'fark yo carwash'.
//Also we were the first ones to use the new wash unit, so there was plenty of fresh clean 'canvas' to draw on.

J.K. Simmons likes the butt in that series. If you see him break out the axel grease, it's already too late to run.
Good series though. Had a lot of good people in it. Of course by good people I mean good people playing bad people, because prison and all. Lots of man sex in that show. And shanking. Every episode someone was putting something into someone else.

You can do a lot of damage with a pressure washer.    Hold it too close to the surface and it will leave marks that are almost impossble to remove.
Maybe he only cleaned the areas that said  "FARK U,  I'M GONNA KILL U" ?

I agree, any pressure is dangerous, but you can get them over 4200 psi , that would really clean the cheese off your crank.

Assault - putting someone into apprehension of immediate danger of being harmed. E.g., "what if he'd opened the door, or the window disappeared?!?"

Interesting, I thought perhaps menacing would be more appropriate. I'll have to keep the potential assault charge under consideration the next time I think about power washing someone :)

Is it a crime to do something nice for somebody when you're angry at them, instead of something mean?
Is it better  to use a Is pressure washer for its intended purpose better than to use a AR15 used for its intended purpose?
Where, exactly, was the crime here?

Glad to see someone covered it!

CSB:
I worked on oil rigs when I was 18.Being the youngest I got the shiat jobs. One of the senior guys told me to wash his boots after his shift. He was a lazy bastard anyway so I told him to bugger off.He went straight to the lead hand and complained, so the lead came and told me that when I am told to do something by a senior engineer then I do it.I pointed out that it wasn't in my job description but he was insistent so I decided to do it.Now, the lazy twat didn't wear rigger boots, he had some low steel-toed shoes - in suede. So, I took them out on to the drill floor and blasted them with one of the rig pressure washers.I have no idea what the pressure was, I just know that it was extremely strong and very hot. After a good 15 minutes of that, I took the saturated boots and put them on top of a heater in the crew shack. This was January in the North Sea, so that thing was turned all the way up and left there. After 12 hours they were as solid as a rock. The twat had already done half his shift when I came on for my next one and even after 6 hours he was hobbling about in them like they were made of concrete.I didn't get asked to do any jobs like that again.

Don't know if it's true, but I've been told Oregon doesn't have a law about battery and it's all wrapped into assault.
