I don't know if Flickr is the reason that your shops are always small, but if it is, you should go somewhere else for image hosting so we can see your shops full size.

it is flickr that forces  the "outgoing" pic to have a max width of 500 pixels and i have no control over it -the image is generated on the fly.  i don't mind it because i don't have to worry about resizing.  but then i haven't really tried any other image hosting site - that is ok AND free.   do you have any recommendations? thanks,

Imgur.com is a good image host, too. Don't have to sign up for it unless you want to.

I use http://www.imageshack.us for hosting.
It gives me good storage space and is great with the free accounts.
Even the upgrades, which I've never chosen to purchase, are fairly cheap considering what it provides.
Free accounts, too.

Yes, I use imgur as well. You can simply drop your 'shop onto the browser window, it takes care of the rest and generates a url for you, even without an account. But without an account you won't have a "photo album", per se.

pacmandreaming , kell bartok, fiction fan, abe vigoda's ghost, george babbitt - thanks for the suggestions.  i tried to sign on to tinypic but ended up in photobucket.  i'll use it as long as it works.  i have 3 more places to try if/when that runs out!  thanks again!
