(AZ Family)   You know how in porn when a cabbie tells a woman she doesn't have to pay him for the ride if she lets him give her another kind of ride and she's totally into the suggestion? Yeah, it doesn't work that way in real life   (azfamily.com) divider line 74

Sure it does.  The only problem is it doesn't always work!

It would probably would work more often if cabbies ever showered.

Police said due to the nature of the crimes they believe there may be additional victims.

Victims? He didn't force them to do anything, nor was this a "you will never be promoted unless you..." situation. He gave them an additional option beyond what was originally agreed on. They declined.

How are they victims?

my psychoanalyst has the bad habit of telling stories about other patients. told me about an over-sexed cab driver in my town who drove a sister to the Jersey Shore (from way up in NoNJ Action Park country) and along the way couldn't help but be himself. and she was nice enough to give him a hand job.

next thing you know he's on a nasty block in Atlantic City scared shiatless while some brothers are loading his trunk up with things you don't want in your trunk. when the nubian princess got back into the cab he began to object and she reminded him about his hack license, certain laws, a recent handjob and that she's got a trunk load of goods to deliver to NYC pronto.

when all was said and done she didn't pay him a dime and also hit him up for $100.00 to keep her mouth shut. the kicker: my psychoanalyst didn't realize there's only one cabbie in my town, right down the block from me. i wish he would quit telling me stories.

One of my friends at university had some of her friends come and visit for a weekend.  One of her friends was a really pretty girl, really lovely and funny, but when she had a few drinks she turned in to a nutcase.  We all went out for the night and ended up getting hammered.  She disappeared and we couldn't find her when it was time to leave.  After searching for a while we all assumed that she had gone home with somebody.  The problem was that she'd left her purse with her friend.  A few hours after we got home she staggered in the door.  When asked how she got home she said that she'd got a taxi but because she couldn't pay she'd had sex with the guy instead.  Then she just went off to bed.  We were all shocked but her friend said that that's standard practice for her.  Bizarre.

Spent most of the 90's (me in my 20's) driving cab in New Orleans.

The great thing about having sex with fares (usually drunk strippers or waitresses) was that afterwards, I still made them pay me for the cab ride. If they got all huffy, hey the sex was for fun, the money's for work!

And then there was the night with the four strippers and the 1/4 oz. of coke....

Oh the stories.

Tell me about it.  The other night after my girlfriend finished grilling me a steak and giving me a BJ, Joseph Biden texted me to say he couldn't make our Saturday afternoon pickup basketball game because he has a conference with the ambassador from New Guinea.  I know that bastard was lying, because the ambassador from New Guinea is in Vegas this weekend.

Sadly this shiat isn't too uncommon.  Every time a female I know needs money for something the 'sex for money' offers start rolling in from all directions.  Isn't usually from a company though, it's usually from 'friends' that are only friends with them because they're attracted to them.  A girl doesn't know who her real friends are until she biatches about being broke and see's who tries to get them to hoe it out.

Hrist: A girl doesn't know who her real friends are until she biatches about being broke and see's who tries to get them to hoe it out.

Asking a girl to help out in your garden is a bad thing?!  But seriously, guys do that?  That wouldn't even cross my mind if a friend or acquaintance was struggling for money.

Can somebody explain the outrage here?  The guy basically made a lousy pass at a couple of customers.  They brushed him off, a legal transaction took place and everybody went on with their lives. I can see that his employer would fire him as not being conducive to repeat business from women but arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution seems a bit of over-reach.

2) He admitted this behavior to the cops.
3) Since when is hitting on non-prostitutes considered soliciting prostitution?
4) Since when is hitting on non-prostitutes sexual abuse?
5) This guys needs to call Saul, obviously.
6) When you're a suspect, talking to cops can never end well and this proves it.
7) TIME TO CALL SAUL! (The cops got nothing.)

The Mesa Police Department said they received a complaint on Feb. 22 from a woman who claimed that her cab driver had told her she wouldn't have to pay for her trip if she performed sexual acts for him.

The woman said she declined, and paid her fare when they arrived at her location.

Look, women. Either you can be the independent women, going out there into the world and taking no crap. Or you can go back to being chaperoned. I don't mind. What I ain't going to take is that you're equal to any man, when you go crying to the police over something like this.

Discretion is a huge part of law enforcement.
Who was injured here?

Plus, I'll give you an internet if you can show me the text of the law that this guy's actions violated.
They weren't hos and he wasn't a john.
I can understand if this guy was a creepy douchebag and completely over the top with these women that he probably needed some cop action just for being stupid, but broken laws? That's a stretch.
