SoundOfOneHandWanking: FTA: Someone who uses 22,500 gallons of water a month in the summerfark. Who needs 22,500 gallons of water? There should be regressive prices. The first 1,000 gallons cheap, 1001-5000 double, 5001-10000 double, etc./I thought the 2800 gallons we were using was a bit high
