Nina Hartley's Ass: "music of ancient shamanic drummers is heard in every elevator, restaurant, and grocery store"

Seriously? I can't even get ancient shamanic drumming on the PA system of my local Whole Foods. Not for lack of trying, even breaking and entering.

Wait, I've said too much already.

vudukungfu: sno man: "It gets to be jet-engine loud," said Falmouth resident Neil Andersen. He and his wife Betsy live just a quarter mile from one of the turbines.

Four football fields away and it's as loud a jet?  Alrighty then.  Turn down your hearing aid, Neil.

If you live in Falmouth, and that is what you are complaining about, then you are a paid shill.
that place is a shiathole.

That wouldn't happen to have Otis Air National Guard base right near there would it?  Hey, Neil... I think I know what's causing those jet noises.

wildcardjack: Wind farm illness is a psychosomatic disorder caused by suggesting wind farms can cause illness. Once introduced to a community this psychosomatic illness can become wide spread. It is a close relative to cell-tower illness, which can affect people before the tower is even turned on erected.

meat0918: My aunt claims she can hear the noise they make at her house.

The nearest one was 8 or so miles away as the crow flies.  You could just barely see it on the horizon.

What you could hear was the 3000 head dairy 1/4 mile west of her that went in a few years after she moved in to her new house.  The smell was awful, and the wind nearly always blows from that direction.

Now, my dad is getting one on his land, and his land abuts hers.  I think she's moving soon.

//Which is part of the reason my dad is leasing his land to the power company, lol.

Heheheh...you said a butt.

This is a problem I wouldn't mind having.

Nina_Hartley's_Ass: Instead of such beautiful, pure music of the Pilgrims and Puritans, today the cheap "brothel house" music of ancient shamanic drummers is heard in every elevator, restaurant, and grocery store of a once blessed and formerly Christian country.

Other styles have also resulted from this Rule of Accent being violated such as soft rock (soft, sensual backbeat), disco (fast, rapid backbeat), metal (violent, aggressive backbeat), and hard rock (constant barrage of the backbeat).

"Tubular organs"?

SO RAD!!!

That was a lot of crazy to wade through, but oh man I wish I'd read that while majoring in music many years ago. Only because my friends and I would've found it hilarious to shout out "the backbeat is the beat of the Devil!" during rehearsals.

But I attended an evil government indoctrination center, er, public university, so there's no hope for me anyway.
