Well the first pic had to have been at least 30 years ago. Which is odd because it's a Harry Potter sketch but there's no other explanation for the difference.

What the hell? Put her ass in jail already. F U "justice" system. Anyone else would be doing time by now. It would probably save her life.

Don't listen to him, kids. It's ok to do drugs in moderation. Drugs can be a lot of fun.

Who gives a shiat about her life? biatch is rich. She can afford a chauffer to drive her drunk ass around. She should be locked up because it will save someone else's life.

This. My point was simply that they are doing their best, judge included, to "save" her from jail. Meanwhile...

I'm not.  I'll reserve that pity for the person she inevitably kills during one of her future drunk-driving trips, which we all know she'll continue to do since the lesson she's continuing to learn is that the rules apply differently to her than Joe Citizen.  The fact that she's not looking at serious jail time for this (and her other behavior) is horsepucky.

Unfortunately even if she does does kill someone she'll probably still only get a slap on the wrist.

Drunk driving laws are bullshiat.

I have an aunt that is stuck a permanent state of meth psychosis.  She has to have shots of something that the staff refers to as "liquid straightjacket" to keep her calm and to keep her from tweaking constantly.  She hasn't had meth in 6 years, but she did so much that she is stuck in the paranoid/hallucination/itching stage of coming off of meth.
Every time we visit her, I am filled with pity for a wasted life, the children that were taken away from her, the husband that left her, and the family that she stole from, lied to, tried to tear apart.
That is the same pity that I am beginning to feel for Lindsay Lohan; I see her future and it is sad and bleak.
That being said, if someone would have sent my aunt to jail the first couple of times she got caught with drugs or committed one of her other crimes (like when she tried to trade her 8 year old daughter for drugs), she probably wouldn't be in the shape she is in now.
Some people need prison.  I think Lindsay Lohan is one of those people.

/And something else entirely from the first.

She was rich, but has blown through it all.   Anything she might have left, will be taken by the feds to settle her tax debts. Allegedly, she has a couple sugar daddies that are helping her pay the bills.  Had she been a functional addict (like Charlie Sheen), she'd still be working and pulling in the cash.

/I don't follow her gossip intentionally

Robert Downey Jr said getting sent up is what changed him. As egomaniacal as judges are, I find it hard to believe that they'd repeatedly kowtow to a C list celebrity like this.

I don't think there's anything wrong with following Lindsay Lohan in particular.  I think her story is a fascinating train wreck.  This girl used to be on top of the world:  impossibly hot, rich, and acting talent aside, had an undoubtedly bright career ahead of her, and she farked it up completely.

Her poor, poor choices and complete absence of responsibility aside, this is a girl whose support system has completely failed her.  Her parents are complete fark ups, clearly more interested in the money and the fame than the well-being of their children.

The legal system has also failed her.  She has been given one free pass after another, so she has absolutely no incentive to change her behavior.  Addicts don't get sober unless they want to get sober, you absolutely cannot force them, and when you repeatedly get this girl off the hook from facing any real consequences for her reckless lifestyle, you might as well be cutting her coke for her.

She actually released two pop albums, so does that make her eligible for a date with the Grim Reaper at 27?
