Look on Down from the Bridge -- Mazzy Star (one of my favourite songs)

Ow! That was my feelings!: Air Supply

If you want Air Supply, I would have gone for "All Out of Love."

Master Sphincter: spcMike: Just once I want a lap dance to O Fortuna

Stop perpetuating the use of the wrong name for that piece.

Marry me. Also. Have danced to that. It fell about as flat as the Imperial March. #sadface

"Polly" Nirvana

The wheels on the Bus
followed by Bingo was his Name
(of course this would be with the strippers dressed as teachers and me laying on a blanky)

Benny and the Jets, by Elton John.

Trivia Jockey: "Detachable Penis" by Primus

That's by King Missile. Not Primus.

Pawprint: Anything from the "Ultra Depressing Songs of the '70s" catalog. I see Seasons in the Sun was already mentioned, so I'll add

Billy Don't Be a Hero
One Tin Soldier
Run, Joey, Run

and on a different note,

That Smell

Along the "depressing" lines, how about "One" by Metallica?

CSB time:

The first time I went to a strip club (21st birthday) one of the songs was Faith No More's "Epic". The lyric "It's in your face but you can't grab it" was a little on the nose.

Enemabag Jones: Any Weird Al song would be a challenge, that or Mccarthy Park.

How about Albuquerque?

It would at least have the virtue of being long.

Solty Dog: Stinkfist by Tool

I started laughing while getting a dance because I realized the dj was playing Prison Sex. Apparently the girl on stage had just gotten out of jail.

2013-02-26 06:51:49 PM

Sinbox: Sonic Youth The Diamond Sea (the unabridged 25 minute version) (although that's not available on youtube)

Diamanda Galás Wild Women With Steak-Knives (The Homicidal Love Song For Solo Scream)

Diamanda Galás The Litanies of Satan

Lou Reed Metal Machine Music A-1

Mike Oldfield Tubular Bells side one

/now i 'like' (or rather, don't completely unappreciate) all of these to one degree or another (which is to say i've them all in my collection). However, none of them are at all anything i'd want to hear come out of speakers at a strip club.). Although I'd find it would have to be memorable to find a dancer who'd try to frame a routine around one or all.

I like the way you think...but I'd throw out side 4 for MMM, so she'd have to dance through the lock groove.
other fun:

Whitehouse's "Why You Never Became a Dancer"
Peter Sotos's "Buyer's Market" CD (any track)

and, for laffs, "Nights in White Satin," the entirety of Yes's "Tales from Topographic Oceans," Suicidal Tendencies, "I Saw Your Mommy..."

When I lived in Queens, there was this incredibly busted looking 24/7 strip club, and I thought it would be really fun to go in there at 7 AM on Mother's Day or Christmas.

Soni: I used to DJ in a strip club  :)

Cats in the Cradle is the worst.

Mama I'm Coming Home (Ozzy) has no place in a strip club

this one girl used to request both of them... I finally told her to fark off, and played Steve Vai's "F*ck Yourself" followed by Why Does It Hurt When I Pee... lol

Cat's In The Cradle was my first thought.  The strippers might not cry but all the guys sure will.
