Sounds like a good idea would be just to build a high prison wall around them and let them sort it out themselves.

friendly FYI:  It is illegal to drink an oil can of Fosters Lager while waiting for a train on the platform at Grand Central.  Not paying the fine and sounds like I'm not alone.

i remember when you could walk down 42nd St smoking a bone and you wouldn't get a second glance. just a matter of time before the whole country is in a situation similar to the one in NYC. everything is illegal, everyone is under arrest.
