You can get a good CK7 jersey, embroidered or sewen in for $20 plus $30 or so in shipping. Or you can get an official screen printed jersey for $100 plus $20 or so in shipping. Often, they're from the same sweatshop in China. Sorry Roger, the market has spoken, and your products have been judged to be overpriced.

By the way, if I order one of these jerseys and it gets seized, can somebody explain how this is not mail tampering, which is an actual federal offense?

Also, are the replacement refs going to be seized as counterfeit, too?

Smackledorfer: snocone: The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is a cabinet department of the United States federal government, created in response to the September 11 attacks, and with the primary responsibilities of protecting the United States of America and U.S. territories (including Protectorates) from and responding to terrorist attacks, man-made accidents, and natural disasters. Despite the Department of the Interior's name, DHS is the equivalent to the Interior ministries of other countries, not the Department of the Interior. In fiscal year 2011, DHS was allocated a budget of $98.8 billion and spent, net, $66.4 billion.

Yuuup, right there, protect the PROFITS of the NFL.

Plain as day.

This country is now just a mercenary force for the Rich and Famous.

Customs and Border Protection is part of the dhs umbrella.

Do you think we should have no customs agents?

If we have them, why shouldn't they share info closely with more terror-oriented agencies?

Your post implies you think corporations bought an anti-terror agency and twisted them to enforce customs laws. Customs has been managing ports since before you were born.

Remember, child, your implications ARE YOURS.
We had and have customs w/o all the White Out of the Constitution.
The powers granted to DHS were a falsely flagged lesson in imposing authority on this country's citizens.
Nothing but incremental distruction of the Old USA is the marching order.

Playing stupid does not hide the big picture.

Because corporations are people, and some people are more equal than others.

As pointed out before, there's a lot more to the Department of Homeland Security than just the TSA and airport police.

Fecal Conservative: Thanks Guys! I feel that the homeland is now more secure from capitalist scum.

It's a lot more complicated than that, actually. A lot of counterfeit goods trace back to organized crime, slave labor, and terrorist elements, and the money is funneled back into them from the sales. There's a reason that this stuff is sold on street kiosks and through ebay, and not through legitimate retail storefronts.

Oh you are serious.

As someone who has bought fake jerseys from a Cinese site, I'm getting a kick...

Seriously, $20 for a $150 jersey, and they're indistinguishable.  It's not cheap knockoff crap, it's real sewn on letters, holograms, the works.  I think they're "third shift" gear.  Made in the real factories, just "unauthorized"

I'm okay with this.

And I'm no fan of the NFL - Bum Phillips played a huge role in that, but it's their logo and their trademarks and if you're stupid enough to buy NFL merchandise then you should pay the NFL the money, not some counterfeiter.

/now I shall ponder if I should still be bitter about an ex-gf stealing my bootlegged Jimmy Buffet concert t-shirt
//meh, I knew it was bootlegged when I bought it. It was only $10 which is about $2 more than that stupid biatch.
///still would like the t-shirt back

Thank God they're there to protect us from the criminals who'd sell us $3 worth of cloth for $25 so now we can go to the Team Store and buy the same $3 worth of cloth for $300 (plus shipping)

Did they seize everything from that fake team, the Florida Panthers. I mean, a joke's a joke but going so far as to convince people to buy merchandise is going to far.
