BREK SHEA SIGHTING!!!
Hope he gets some time and gets back to form.

2013-02-23 07:57:18 AM
Morning gents.

2013-02-23 07:57:30 AM
PROTIP Bryan, this is not volleyball.

Bradford's run has warmed my cold, cynical heart, but I hope Swansea win tomorrow. They're part-owned by the fans, they have a style that remains even when managers leave, and they are brilliant in the transfer market. It would be a good thing for the Premier League if Swansea won a trophy and qualified for Europe.

Stoke being giant douchebags? Inconceivable!

2013-02-23 08:09:47 AM
BREK SHEA'S ON! HOORAY!

Horrible punch by N'Zonzi, should have been red.

There's a prize for the first person to tell me why this is relevant today. There isn't really a prize, apart from the knowledge that your mind works like mine, which, I think we can all agree, is greater than anything money can buy.

O' Shea > Shea

2013-02-23 08:24:00 AM
Cameron's not having the greatest game out there. Shea looks nervous as hell too.

Chance to get 15 points clear again?

Berba!!! You sexy bastard!

2013-02-23 08:33:18 AM
Great goal but to be fair, ref should have blown for half before that happened.

Dunno why it's relevant, but in the picture it looks like Hernandez has has a massive pair of sagging boobs under his shirt.

I'm from Bradford. Never been a massive fan of the Bantams (or football, for that matter), but the fact they got to Wembley is about the best thing to happen to Bradford in years. I would say the Bradford Bulls winning the Challenge Cup in 2002 (?) was pretty big, but I think BCFC's cup run seems to have affected the city more. My brother, who lives near London and didn't go to any Olympic events (and regrets it now), has made damn sure he got tickets to this final. It's that special for Bradford.
I'd really like to see them win this one.

NOICE!
BERBATOV gets one in before the break.

Shea getting abused down that left side, must be trying to take it easy on that broken foot healing.

2013-02-23 08:34:18 AM
Shea ducks. He is being abused

I think you saw the replay first.  The goal was scored at 46:50.

Well then..strike my comment from the record and send a wench to bring me my morning coffee.

Fine..I'll get it myself.

No.

Haha.

Berbatov is amazing. He can accelerate from a walk to an amble faster than anybody else in the game.

2013-02-23 08:58:58 AM
Shea drawing the pen...

2013-02-23 09:00:13 AM
Annnnnnnd..........thanks for nothing.

2013-02-23 09:00:15 AM
Terrible pen. Walters might be losing his pen taking privileges.

2013-02-23 09:01:47 AM
They should be letting crouch take those anyways....that man knows how to dance.

2013-02-23 09:04:46 AM
From coming in cold from MLS, Shea is holding his own pretty damn well.

2013-02-23 09:05:52 AM
I can't believe how many penalties have been missed in the EPL in the last couple of seasons. Is my memory playing tricks or did it not used to be like this? How do other top European leagues compare?

2013-02-23 09:09:33 AM
Aw hell no. Giggs in midfield. Fark.

2013-02-23 09:13:18 AM
That's friggn 2 intentional shots to the head. Fark these guys.

2013-02-23 09:39:33 AM
I had 2-1 to fulham, so 15 points to start the day! I forgot to bring my second laptop home so I guess I'll watch United instead of both United and Everton.

2013-02-23 09:41:54 AM
Jon Walters in one fell swoop ruins a perfect and loses me ten points. On the good side, at least Brek had a good second half. Hopefully he gets some more time and gets back to form, really want to see him and Gatt running the flanks for the MNT.

2013-02-23 09:42:18 AM
Huge win. Ugly 2nd half, but Stoke played just as poorly, thankfully. At least we got out without them injuring anyone, though they certainly tried their best.

In other news, Paul Elliott has resigned from the FA after making discriminatory comments about Richard Rufus.

That would be Paul Elliott - lead figure in the Kick it Out campaign...

Sigh.

How will Arsenal surprise everyone today? I'm going with a 5-0 drubbing of AV

2013-02-23 10:01:52 AM
Chicharito on his knees in midfield for a couple minutes..never seen that before. Those Mexican Catholics really know how to take it over the top.

Nope, saved the insurance for City-Chelsea. Arsenal are smarting after getting shellacked by Bayern and are playing a strength lineup against a Villa side without their best defender. They should win.
