It could be the beginning of a refutable relationship.

This makes me doubt John Elway exists.

If Atlanta is going to dump Mike Turner, they'll be looking to use their number 30 pick on a running back. I'm guessing they go with Marcus Lattimore of South Carolina, who may still be around because teams will be leery of his injury.

Watching most of E.J. Manuel's games while he was at Florida St, I don't think that he's going to be a factor in the NFL. He's got
all the physical tools but his game management and decision making skills are severely lacking. But I hope that I'm wrong because he is a heck of a good guy, a real class act. If the Eagles get him I predict the Eagles fans will destroy him.

Why not? If he's making the great progress that he supposedly is in a draft as weak as this one (especially at the RB position), I don't see why they couldn't take a flier on him and let him rehab for a year like the Bills did with McGahee. Atlanta doesn't have a whole lot of holes to fill and there probably isn't going to be a surefire starter at that spot anyway. It'd be a bit of a reach, but there's no guarantee he'd be there at the bottom of the second round. Reports have him going early third round right now, but that could always change before the draft if he continues progressing at the rate he is now. A lot of people said Dmitroff made a mistake giving up so much for Julio Jones as well and that worked out pretty well.

This brings up what is certain to be the best part of the draft TV coverage...

Man'ti T'eo shown on his cell phone talking to someone...

"Well, the Broncos are drafting next, and there's T'eo on the phone with someone right now and he sure looks happy. Looks like he might be the pick."

"I hope he made sure it was really the Broncos."

Denver's got their offense and Special Teams figured out, but they need to work on the defense this offseason. This ISN'T a completely stupid idea.

How funny will it be if Manti shows up to the draft and he isn't with a female companion. They pan to hm and they say "Manti is here with......." Hope he drops as far as Quinn did courageously.

Yeah, I can't see them trotting out the corpse formerly known as Keith Brooking and Joe Mays again at ILB next year.  Unless they think they can keep Alec Ogletree in

I'll bet Manti Te'o is the second coming of Mike Croel.
