Lenny and Carl: Wasn't Selena Gomez in an adaptation of one of the Ramona books a couple of years ago?  I seem to remember walking past a cut out for it in a movie theater while on my way to see something equally unworthy of my time and money.

Those books are by Beverly Cleary.  I made the same mistake myself.

Someone needs to get them a copy of "Are You There God..." so they can learn how to deal with their weeping vaginas.

I was astounded to find out that people wanted to ban her books from schools. I read them all in fourth-fifth grade. I learned a lot about Jews, menstruation, integration, wet dreams and fat kids.

Maybe, but "Episode IV" has been in the opening crawl since 1981.  But I bow to your knowledge of Star Wars there, supergenius.  Are you always such a dick?

So...if you add a few words that indicate that the movie you released 4 years earlier is a sequel, then that's the same as "starting with a sequel" ?

Here's a better example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cremaster_Cycle

Coincidentally, Luke acted like a young lady who was menstruating all throughout that film.
