Carth: He did a great job. Here are some pictures of his other work if anyone else is curious.
homelessdude: lilplatinum: You could remove the tattoo..I have no tattoos so I don't know.....but is that not really painful?
MayoSlather: Aside from being a moron that chose to double down on a bad idea, it looks much better.
pc: NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo...Why did this guy ruin a worldwide known piece of art covering it with an usual tattoo???That's the ecce homo of the tattoo world
GungFu: What expecting this:[encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com image 286x176]Good luck with that one.
buntz: Louisiana_Sitar_Club: I have the same question but I'm disingenuously curious.Well, I stressed the 'genuinely' part because I didn't want to come off as sounding like I was saying "Oh yeah, sure, he can do a tattoo, but can he PAINT!?!!"
Darke: FB is blocked at work. Can someone post the pics?
thorthor: Looks great. Almost as good as.. hmm, lets see.. no tattoo at all?Trollin, trollin, trollin. Oh the creeks are swollen. Rawhide!!
Prank Call of Cthulhu: Darke: FB is blocked at work. Can someone post the pics?Sure, no problem.[i49.tinypic.com image 850x359]
kroonermanblack: I still want a new tattoo damnit. Are there any colorful styles out there that aren't 'totally brotastic tribal broseph' level without also being effeminate and/or gay?
geek_mars: It's amazing how the artist is able to do such incredible work considering how dusty it must get in his shop.
gadian: It looks better than the photograph. Not an especially cute photo to begin with.
Where wolf: KatjaMouse: So wait... did this guy really fix this tattoo or was it Ink Army? Is he ripping off work or what?Aren't they in a land war with Kiss Army?
namegoeshere: Also, how psyched is his next wife going to be that every time they have sex she is staring at the face of his late wife?Would be a dealbreaker for me.
LSUMJ: I always wondered what the original artist thought when he was donewas ita. "Nailed it!"orb. "what the fark have i done?"
Real Women Drink Akvavit: homelessdude: lilplatinum: You could remove the tattoo..I have no tattoos so I don't know.....but is that not really painful? So I've been told. I have heard though that it is painful and expensive. It takes more than one treatment and the results can be less than ideal. There's a doctor (or group of doctors, I forget which) in my area that helps ex gang members and ex convicts by removing their gang and prison tats for free.I think this dude in the article did the right thing by going for a cover up/fix of the crappy tat. He wanted a tat anyway of his late bride, he just didn't do his research very well from the looks of things. He did better research the second time around, obviously. The artist who fixed it ROCKS, too! Awesome job, especially considering what he had to work with. Now THAT'S talent!
