Heading to Vegas in a couple of weeks, not getting a kick.  The only cabs I'll likely be in are those to/from the airport though so no worries.  Vegas is the only place I feel relatively safe walking around with large amounts of cash, at least in the casinos and on the strip.  AC or DC, not so much.

Yeah, the Strip is the one place I'm glad has security cameras everywhere. It's generally safe as long as you stay in the busy areas and stay aware of your surroundings.

I keep checking local news for updates; I'll be really interested to find out what started this and where the perps are from. Dollars to donuts, southern California.
