Everything I like ends up canceled, anyway, to make room for another reality show. Screw the networks.

Serial: GlobalStrategic MapleSyrup Reserve: The success/continuing success of Arrow, Vampire Diaries and Supernatural on CW

You don't look at ratings numbers do you?  The CW pulls in some of the lowest ratings of any network.  What passes as a success there would be cancelled after 2 episodes on most networks.  CW is a horrible benchmark for success.

True, but Arrow has been a surprisingly watchable show.

Paul Blackthorne and John Barrowman keep that show going.

I watch "Arrow" on line on CW, they have a couple of commercial breaks and recently the promo for "The Cult" would show quite often.  I have never seen a more revolting , make be want to run away from promo than that.  Just hideous, about 4 shots of people in the process of committing suicide in the 30 seconds.

Smelly McUgly: I actually liked a couple of NBC's new shows from a couple seasons ago.

NBC used to be all I watched when they had the likes of Scrubs, Conan, better off ted, 30 Rock (pre tracy morgan hate rant) and Community just starting.  They have fallen considerably in the comedy aspect and now I get almost all my entertainment from FX

Obvious.  NBC was riding the coattails of the NFL and The Voice in the fall.  Football is gone, they will get The Voice back at the end of March, but there's only a couple months there and it will be interesting to see if the new coaches have an impact on the ratings.

I start watching The Neighbors expecting it to be stupid but I got hooked right away. It's one of the funniest shows on TV these days.

Considering the premise, the show is much better than it has any right to be. To me, it's in the top 3 comedies on right now. Just goes to show that excellent writing and acting can make a terrible show on paper into something awesome.

Onkel Buck: Couldnt NBC just doctor their numbers like they doctored Zimmerman's 911 call?

Topical!

Anyway, just wanted to say that if you're not watching The Neighbors, you're an idiot.
