To be, or not to be. That is the question, that subby doesn't know the answer to.

Don't you mean "to be to be, or not to be to be"?

To be or not to be at your job when you are that age. Whether tis nobler to suffer the slings and arrows of Snark on Fark than to have otherwise found yourself gainfully employed, and thus, not just bored and messing around.

I use that app when douchbags in the left lane refuse to move to the right. They seem to come around when red and blue lights flash.

"I pay just as much tax as anyone else. I will use the left lane if I feel like it. Slow traffic move right is only a suggestion, not a law."

*Flash red/blue light

"Oh I guess someone important needs to get by, I better move to the right."

Motherfarking douchbags! Every one of them!

So, nothing happened to them because of the lights? Just that they found pot? I thought that you couldn't have the red/blue lights on your vehicle.

Mounted on your vehicle externally is illegal.

I would suspect dim red and blue lights from a personal electronic device you've laid on your dashboard is not covered by existing statutes.  Though, given that his story just happened, that's likely about to change.

I tested that app to see how well it works. On full brightness and stuck to the inside of the window, it doesn't look to far off an unmarked cruiser light. Just much dimmer. But you can still see it. You'd probably need 4 phones to get a good effect. I also mounted an external speaker into the grill of my work truck and wired a 12v amp into the battery. You could play the siren over that and it sounded really good. (As a side note I would also play this ice cream truck sounding ringtone on an old nokia I had while driving through a poorer nieghborhood and watch the nubian kids coming running out with dollars, just to be disappointed when they only saw a video company truck. But I am an asshole like that).
Now my brother had done the same thing to his work truck and was driving near the beach in VA Beach making "whup whup' noises with his mouth, until he did that shiat right next to a VA Beach cop. Cop pulls him over and yells "You think it's funny impersonating an officer??" He says "not any more." Cop gave him a ticket and told him to knock that shiat off.

"Schulze... faces a felony charge of impersonating an officer and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of blue lights.  "
