I smell a lawsuit coming, not only from her family, but the people who stay there.  The hotel obviously did nothing to secure that water tank, thus putting at risk the health of anyone who was there during the time she was in the tank.  If someone can get in there on their own or put somebody else in there, what else can one put in that tank?  Someone could put any kind of poison or filth they wanted into that water tank.  If it's not secured, how many rats, pigeons, roaces, and other vermin have gotten in and died?

Guess we need a ban, or at least stronger regulations for rooftop water tanks.

Aw, man...

I threw up a little in my mouth.

So, she disappeared a month ago, she was last seen acting strangly in an elevator in the hotel, and they find her body... On the roof of the hotel.

Why would anyone thing to search there?

Fine policework there, Lou.

The guests wouldn't have complained if they'd only gotten those bottles of Perrier.

/hope it's not obscure, it's a great story

I remember being a very young boy, and seeing that intro, and getting very very excited!
I remember waiting for that show to air, and then watching the first episode, waiting for the good part,,,
I watched the whole episode waiting,,,it was a lie, a dirty trick. No naked ladies bathing in a water tower :(
I never watched the show again.

Actually...why WOULD anyone think to look in the hot water tank? I mean, I'm sure they did search the roof, but why would they think "hot water tank"? It wouldn't be a really obvious place to stash a body, because (as someone already observed) most people think they're hard to get into. You look on the roof, you see no obvious bodies--unless you're in an episode of CSI, you don't go cutting open the walls or dismantling the plumbing, because most CRIMINALS don't think like that.

Clearly they need to be looking for an unemployed scriptwriter!

Meh.  I stayed in a shiatty hotel in San Diego where the toilet backed up about 12 years ago.  They gave me a plunger and some towels.

Fair enough, I wasn't thinking that the tanks were enclosed.  It's obvisou they would be (and looking at the photo now, they look to be).

Foul play.

BronyMedic: Or Agent 47.

I guess all that "you have to stash the body" stuff wasn't just BS.

Hey, I saw this on CSI once!

/Not really, that was in a water softener in the basement, not a water tank on the roof

But was it a Glock AK-47 assault water tank?

2013-02-20 08:35:25 AM
NCIS did this. Except it was much more dramatic because instead of low pressure, the hot Marine chick turns on the shower and gets covered in blood.
