Surely Jacoby Jones can afford to go to an actual tattoo shop and get work done by an actual artist. Because it's better than letting some scratcher do a shiatty tattoo on you in your grandmother's dining room.

Any tattoo artist willing to do work outside of their regularly sanitized shop is going to give you a crappy tattoo (the exception to this is a tattoo festival but even some of those are questionable)
