What a gyp. It's not THE SOCK that Schilling wore for the Sox/Yankees series. That won is more important than the World Series Sweep of the Cards.

It's never bothered me. In fact, the most egregious part of the 2004 ALCS to me was Torre not calling for a pitchout.

It seems to me that Curt could have made a living selling blood stained socks.  Just bloody up a few hundred, mix in the real one, and voila!  An instant million bucks.
