Mine is "Free_ATT_WiFi" I changed it from "Porn_Stream"

I share wi-fi with my neighbor who, for some reason, uses the name "slavefeet" for his router.

When visiting friends or family ask to use our internet I just give them a card with the name & password on it and deny any further knowledge of the situation. (Got a really weird look from my mom over that).

Our neighbors have super loud dogs that, pending an appeal, will be taken away by the city soon. I'm thinking of naming each wifi signal after their dogs to be an asshole.

SJKebab: I set up "Sailing in the seas of Wifi" a while back, I figured only my mates would get a little chuckle out of it.  A few months later, a neighbour changed his to "Jerry was a Wifi Driver".  Had a few beers with the guy since.

I know, hardly an original name, except this was at a Taco Bell store. That's what made it funny. New manager came in and within a few days there was no more unsecured wi-fi and it was changed to some boring corporate name.

In my old apartment complex, in my building, someone had "cocklover" and someone had "pornstar".  My old boss used to live upstairs from me, he gave me my first AP and helped me set it up.  His name is Chuck, mine is Mike, the AP became "MikeD".  As in "Chuck and MikeD to my dismay...."

18 APs visible from my computer (aside from mine).  2 use WEP, 3 unsecure (and the weakest signals of them all).  Most interesting names:  "Bad_Jaz", "lovejazz", "BlueHillary", "NCC-1701D", "crump", and "Downton"

My wifi network is called 'A', and is always at the top of the list wherever I go.  I like that.
