Too bad there's no weed deduction.

What I don't understand is how you don't make sure that your tax accountant is airtight after your first $500k-ish back tax bill from 5 years ago.

You should know better than this. If audited, the IRS will disallow it, unless there has been a PLR lately that I don't know about.

Hey Six, hope your tax season is starting off well.

Pub. 502 supports what you said:

Under section entitled "What Expenses are not Includible?" - Controlled Substances - You cannot include in medical expenses amounts you pay for controlled substances (such as marijuana, laetrile, etc.). Such substances may be legalized by state law. However, they are in violation of federal law and cannot be included in medical expenses.

In addition, I believe the percentage threshold has been changed from 7.5% to 10% for 2013.

I believe that fark has dubbed this type of occurrence as a "gangster lien."

I started at a new firm in Ohio and all my clients live in Florida. Good times. Working 6 days, 10 hours already, but the money is better than SF, if you can believe it.

I raise a glass in your direction, Spunk.

"Look at me! Look at me! I'm attacking another celebrity, I'm totally doing my job and chasing down the real tax evaders." -irs

Snoop is probably wondering whether they want that $500k in cash, check or phatty.

And now Snoop is probably wondering what he was just wondering about a minute ago.

And that's how he forgot to pay his taxes. Bless his heart.
