Really, nothing in this trial is particularly kinky. I guess this is the Mormon idea of kinky? This is regular old sexy time for most people, but it's being inflated into something OMG STRANGE because she murdered the guy, so he must have traumatized her with his OMG STRANGE activities. Geez, my husband and I were having phone sex as young teens thirty years ago, but no one heard about it because, oddly enough, we love each other and one of us didn't murder the other. It's pretty disgusting of the defense to be trotting all this stuff out, and probably making up half of it, like the little boys in their underwear thing, just to trash the murdered man.

She is stone cold guilty, because she was the "girl you fark but won't take home to mother" and she didn't like it so she killed him while he was in the shower.

One of the things she stated was she had caught her guy fapping to pictures of small boys in their underwear.  So why hasn't anything like this been found during the investigation?  The crazy biatch is using the time honored defense of "he hit me" and following it up with a pinch of "he's a a pedo".  This used to work, but the general public has started to get sick of this shiat and now want evidence.

This just sounds like justifying murder with "he used to beat me! No I don't have any evidence, why do you ask?"

Why?
1. People just love a sex scandal.
2. People are goddamn assholes. Especially in the justice revenge system.

How long doesmit take to establish a fact in court? I thought the forty minute sex tape was enough. The court seems to be going for cheap thrills now.

Women don't use sex to manipulate people, so this is ridiculous.
