This is so wrong, in so many ways.  Guys, you were given wonderful moobs, now let your women enjoy them.  Let them motorboat you and enjoy them not looking you in the eye when you are talking to them.  Flaunt your man-cleavage, wear push-up bros and show your woman your wonderful man-lumps.  Just think, it gives you another place to store stuff, in you moob bank.

I'm fat and lazy because it makes my moobs look normal. I once lost 60 pounds (from 280 to 220) and my moobs stayed about the same size... That was kind of weird. I'm happy at 250, where I'm expected to have man breasts. :-p

It's completely necessary, at least sometimes. I had to have it done when I was a teenager because my testosterone levels were outrageously high, even for a teenage boy. Same phenomenon that happens to dudes on roids. Wasn't otherwise fat and it made life hell.

I had a friend in a similar situation. I have a bit of sympathy for people who have to deal with that. It's one thing if they're formed by indifference, it's another whole situation if it's genetics.

I have considered this, but then my giant rib cage would probably look even weirder, and then I'd need surgery to push that in. And I'd probably eventually need to fix my face. My weird ass face.

I'm in my early thirties, dealt with this shiat since high school.  I want to get the surgery but I want to lose a few more pounds first.  Until then I wear a compression shirt.  It helps a lot.

I know a guy who got his moobs removed and he said it changed his life, so if you're thinking about it, do it.

Who's the fatty? One of my friends had a man boob when he weighed 120 lbs. I was relating to how as an exception it sucks to have something that makes people stare.
