We've got 3 generations of family with Non-celiac Gluten Sensitivity.  It shares some genetic markers with Celiac and may be part of a continuum of an autoimmune response to gluten and similar proteins.

NCGS is a lot more widespread than Celiac.

As a farker, if I haven't experienced it firsthand, it doesn't exist.
