The point of quinoa isnt that its gluten free, its that its a grain but is also a complete protein containing all 9 amino acids.

Looks like little condoms though.

We've got 3 generations of family with Non-celiac Gluten Sensitivity.  It shares some genetic markers with Celiac and may be part of a continuum of an autoimmune response to gluten and similar proteins.

NCGS is a lot more widespread than Celiac.

Actually, the gluten-free movement is good for people who ACTUALLY have Celiac. More manufacturers cashing in means more variety.

I am sooooo sick of listening to people biatch about their "food sensitivities". You all suck. Gluten is awesome!
