ATTN: Author of this piss poor excuse for an article,

The Harlem Globetrotters' cartoons are great. Their stand alone cartoon was great, their guest appearances on Scooby Doo were great. Please feel free to eat all of your own shiat that you desire, but please don't regurgitate it, show it to everyone on the internet and call it an article.

When I was young, Brett Hull was my favorite hockey player, so he gets a pass. Also, Jerry Reed is awesome.

And FTA, about Sandy Duncan:  She's been the lead on sitcoms, guest stared on The Muppet Show and performed comedy with Dick Van Dyke.

Planned, or greatest typo of all time?

Topless Robot recently lost their editor, and when the new one came onboard, the page immediately sunk to Gawker Media levels. It may as well be io9 II.

Rob is no longer there? No wonder the content is starting to suck. He always had guest writers before, but 2 of the last 2 TR links have been to shiatty phoned-in lists.

When I was six years old, my parents took our family to see the Harlem Globetrotters play at the SIU Arena.  We were pretty close to the front row.  Well, Meadowlark Lemon does this thing where he snatches a kid out of the crowd and lets he/she dunk a basketball and play on the floor for a little while.  Well, he came over and chose one of my brothers.  And I was so excited that I followed them out on the floor and kind of chased them around for a few seconds.  Then Curly comes up and grabs me and held me upside down by one leg and asked the crowd who I belonged to.  In the meantime, my brother dunks the basketball and goes back to my parents.  Even though, my parents and brothers were saying that I belonged over there, Curly took me back to the wrong people.  This was hilarious and everyone in the Arena laughed.
I sat with the wrong people for about 6 or seven minutes of the game (until one of my brothers came and got me) because they had popcorn.
That is one of my best memories ever.
So anyone that writes a list that has the Harlem Globetrotters as a "Worst" anything can eat a bag of dicks and then die in a fire!

Author is article is probably not even old enough to know who have those people are.  Then again, author probably loves Scrappy-Doo.

I wonder why this got linked and/or greened when it was already established at TR that we kinda hated the whole article and the author's inability to distinguish "worst" from "best".

Oh well. Have fun.

I remember being a little kid and realizing that Meadowlark Lemon had the same voice as that number one super guy, Hong Kong Phooey. I'm pretty sure I cried when my parents explained it wasn't real.  Shut up, I was like 6 years old.

Then one day I watched the Batman & Scooby Doo episode with my pops, he said something about how there were so many mistakes the animators had to be on acid. When I was older and watched it with my own kid I realized what he meant, I saw Batman's gloves disappear from shot to shot, Robin's cape changing colors, the Joker having hair and then being bald, etc, etc. Holy crap what a mess.

Me too, but I never, ever understood why Scooby and Shaggy started singing "When you're hot you're hot, when you're not you're not."  Was that part of the song?  Also, not many people showed up for Jerry.

wtf is wrong with this author? don knotts and jerry motherfarking reed are badasses by any standards and any show should BEG to have them guest star, even if they are dead.

is don dead? I don't even know. jerry is though. and you'd still thank your lucky stars if his dessicated corpse put in an appearance on your lousy tee vee show.

I recall the Globetrotters episode as being pretty good. But I saw the Knotts one recently and it was indeed pretty bad. Knotts didn't even show up until like 3/4 of the way through the episode.

Wait, the article isn't about the episodes, but about the appearances? Fark them in the ear.

/Come to think of it, I believe there were at least two Don Knotts episodes; One where he was himself and one that was a direct parody of the Andy Griffith Show.
