Got home a little while. ago with Olivia.  She got groomed today, bath, nails trimmed and teeth cleaned.  It must have been very traumatic for her, because she's been sleeping all day, and when she's not, she's laying on top of our clothes.  Awww!   But, she's clean, her nails are nice and short and her breff doesn't stink!  Also, if I didn't know any better, I'd swear she's been giving me the stink eye too...

Apparently FireFox and Photobucket aren't on speaking terms, because for some reason videos uploaded to my PB account won't play in FF, but do so just fine in IE. *Shrug.* No idea about Chrome or Safari, though.

Two weeks ago Sassy had a case of The Crazy. After galloping up and down the hall a bit he followed me into the bathroom while I got ready for the day. He hopped into the tub and began a three-way battle between himself, his tail, and the shower curtain. Sonny was unimpressed. Attack of the Shower Curtain! (New window.)

Off to get munchies and then a walk in the sunshine. Yay, winter is finally dying off, whooooo!

I went grocery shopping today and bought alot of out of season foods because I was really in the mood for it. So dinner was bbq spare ribs with corn on the cob. Dessert is strawberries,raspberries,blackberries,blueberries with some sugar for syrup on top of ice cream. I'll have to lock up Gremie when I bring out the strawberries otherwise I'll have to fight him for them.

I had a nice chat with Sherpa18 this evening, as I was waiting to serve dinner..the Samosas were baking. Evidently Dragon has already destroyed one potato that I sent..ahh..nothing like a satisfied customer! :) I am happy that Dragon is so peppy.

Update from last week. That wound is healing fine. She was a bit annoyed that the vet shaved the hair around it so the scab wouldn't envelope her fur, but she forgot about all about it after a treat and some scritches behind her ears.

She is just so soooooft and gorgeous looking :3
I found out a coworker of mine has a Norweigan Forest Cat too! She said that he's a big lovable goof, but he scares the other cats so they don't want to play with him.
His solution: lay across any doorway so that when any of the other cats walk through he swats them on their butts!

Alien !!  So glad to see you here !  Tis a cold rainy day down here.. alternating between rain and snow.. temp just hit 32, so any more precip will be snow... took a cat nap earlier, with cats.. was going well until Thumper went after Trip,s tail.. Trip has the bum front leg and can't climb, but does carry a grudge, I think he may have given up the chase at this point.. Thumper has been jumping from one object to another, with Trip following on the floor.. the rest of the crew have been following them, waiting for the fracas... I finally defused the situation by serving dinner.. if you say the word 'food', 'eat', or 'hungry', you have Trip,s undivided attention, and if you take one step toward the kitchen he will get there before you...
       Hope the job is going well.. sounds like you enjoy it..

We also had Wolf trimmed. He did *not* fare as good as Biscuit. His cut looks great but it's a little uneven at the shoulders. It can be fixed with a single snip with the scissors. Let's just say that right now he reminds me of Marty Feldman in Young Frankenstein.

I have someone to contribute for once. This is Flower. Poor cat got stuck with a stupid name from her prior owner, who more or less kicked her out in the middle of a divorce. She's an indoor/outdoor cat who's learned to knock when she wants in. Now think about that for a minute. She can knock on a door loud enough to be heard over the TV. When she gets worked up and goes to bat at you, you might not get scratches but a day later you'll be wondering where that bruise came from.
